Hi, I'm Jaime and I'm looking forward to meeting you and your little one(s). My approach to childcare is equally: supportive, empowering, attentive and engaged, adaptive, loving, respectful, and compassionate. I help children explore and engage in the world around them. I believe that each child and person is a unique individual with unique needs. I have 10 nephews and nieces that I helped raise. I now also have 3 great nephews and nieces that I adore. Since I don't have children of my own, I always enjoy opportunities to work with other people's kids. I've worked with hundreds of youth through my work with Outward Bound over the last 10 years, have worked in the public and charter school systems, and get great joy from being around children and animals.
