My name is Jenna Cullen. I am 17 years old, and I adore children and animals. I am currently dually enrolled at Lennard High School & Hillsborough Community College. I have always worked well with kids. When I was 13, I volunteered at my tae kwon do school, caring for the needs of around 30 kids for 10 hours a day for a summer. When a family friend became a single mother, I stepped in and cared for her daughter while her mother worked. I am a black belt in tae kwon do, trained in self-defense. I took a CPR course and several babysitting courses, eager to learn more about different ways I am able to help care for children. My interests include: Disney movies, sports, reading, makeup, and food. I also volunteer with a greyhound adoption group and pet therapy group. I take my greyhounds to nursing homes, hospitals, and libraries for kids to bring a smile to a face that may need it. I am an FFA officer in my high school's chapter, meaning I possess qualities of leadership I have learned from various FFA activities. I am confident, compassionate, and respectful. I enjoy cooking, cleaning, and tutoring if need be. I embrace anyone and everyone with open arms, regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexuality, ability, etc. I am currently saving money to attend Florida Polytechnic University to get a degree in electrical engineering.
