I am posting this on behalf of our wonderful nanny, who's looking for more work. Denise has a tremendous amount of experience as a nanny. She is responsible and professional in all aspects of care and our son is always happy to see her. She is competent and makes caring for two babies look easy, magically getting them to nap simultaneously. She truly engages kids, playing with them and helping them move through developmental milestones. From her comments about our son, it's always clear that she intuitively follows his lead. Denise is very safety-conscious and in an emergency situation, is aware, present and calm. She has been flexible in accommodating our freelance schedule and is currently looking for more hours, optimally for 5 or 6 hours a day, but is open to more or less depending on your needs.
