Shawna, certified yoga instructor, director of a local, San Diego yoga studio, BA in Early Childhood Education, and MA in Creative Writing, will “play” yoga with your kids bringing fun, calmness, health and body awareness! $15 per hour, per child We’ll use music, art, yoga postures, games, aromatherapy, positive thinking, story telling, sharing, writing, and much more to bring fun, health, and knowledge to your little one! She will come to your home or meet you at a local beach or park, or at her company’s yoga studio. Parents are welcome to stay and play or leave.
