My name is Samantha, I am almost 19 years old. I plan to go to school in the spring for early child hood. I have tried many different jobs and I always end up back to babysitting. My mom trusted me home with my brothers at the age of 10 and by 12 I was babysitting for a 4 year old then my cousins and then friends of my family. Then I started to work at the YMCA in child care and I started babysitting for more. I think it's important to make a connection with the parents as well as the kids. Having the parents trust while leaving your children home with someone is important. I do crafts, take kids outside which I think is very important, a lot of the kids I babysit we are always on the go with very little tv time.
