My name is Rachael and I am a Licensed Practical Nurse passionate about all levels of care and age groups specializing in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care. I am currently employed full time and interested in early morning or late afternoon part time positions. I can provide transportation to docotor's appointments, run errands, basic meal preparation, assisting in activities of daily living, and medication assistance. I'm also available as a part time babysitter ages 2-15, transportation to team meets or family member, tutoring, arts and crafts, outdoor exercise, and entertainment provided! I am a hardworking, honest professional with multiple interests. I love pets! I am able to walk dogs, clean cages, tanks, and lotteries, and spend time with your animals. I am available early morning (8-11 most days) or late afternoon (5-9), all day every other weekend. Daily visits can be arranged or just the occasional throughout the week.
