I am a hardworking. Award-winning Human Services professional. Although I am young, I have had several years of experience with the Human Services and Customer service field. I would love to bring my skills, abilities and experience to your company to help it continuously grow. My skills to work independently and as a team player and leader has no limit. Due dates are not an issue for me, as well as going an extra mile for family and peer worker satisfaction to keep our community and positive and driven. I am familiar with paper work involved with this field along with safety hazards. I have experience of working with both adults and children in a supervised facility from maintenance of residential halls to assisting in a halfway home for chemical dependency to monitoring children in a Child Care facility. My background involves working with my peers, students and customers in numerous of environments. I also have the skills and ability to plan and organize events for many occasions. I am great at assisting others in time of need and building a positive bond that I am open to any kind of help. Asking for help is never an issue for me because I love learning new things, even if it means getting my hands dirty here and there. I have a passion for motivating not only my co-workers but others around me to continue the good job that’s being done.
