I need someone who is patient and kind and on their toes. :) I have a newborn an 18 month old and a 5 year old. The two little ones are both girls and my oldest is a boy, they are good kids and I just need help a few hours a week.

I have 2 children, my son who is 2 1/2 and my daughter is 4 months, my son is high maintenence and can get pretty stressful at times and my daughter has struggled with reflux whicb has caused some scary situationstuff arise, would like someone else who is cpr certified. It would be a few days a week 4-6 hours as mine and my husband's schedule collide.
