Sitter Jobs including Pickup Dropoff in Shavano Park, Texas

I have no ideal how to use this. Seriously at a complete loss on how to work with this. It seems to me the best way to hire some one is through recommendation.

I need help during the summer for going to doctor appointments and doing errands. During school days I will need help dropping off children in the school and pick them up, also for going to doctor appointments and doing errands. I have a 14 months old and 4 months old babies. Also I have two stepdaughters 12 and 10 years old. We have a dog, she is friendly.
