Sitter Jobs in Stephenson, Virginia, USA including babysitter and cpr

My wife and I would like to hire a babysitter for occasional jobs during the week and sometimes on weekends. My son is seven and my daughter is two, we also have a dog. Sittings would typically be 2 to 4 hours so we can have a date night or so mom can get out of the house and a break from the kids this summer.

I need someone to help with my son who is medically complex. He has Down Syndrome and Lennox Gastaut Syndrome (severe seizure disorder). He must have someone within arms reach. Looking for female sitter that is very flexible with availability. We have two girls ages 9 and 11 that live in Winchester and go to school in Bluemont so driving is sometimes required.
