Open Minds Open Hearts Childcare accept children from newborns on up. This is an affordable, state and city licensed childcare home in the City of Eastpointe. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday ; normal hours are 6:00am to 8:00pm, other hours may be arranged ( flexible scheduling). We are also open Saturday and Sunday by appointments and/or availability. Childcare is also provided for short periods of time and/or short notices for any reason. Meals are included. Discounts are available please inquire at the time of enrollment. Referral discounts/incentives are also provided. The home is located approximately 1 mile from Eastland Mall. Your child will be provided time for education including reading and writing skills, development of gross and fine motor skills, social-interaction, and a lot of fun. I, Ms. Rita, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Community Service w/ a youth interest from Michigan State University, has several 4- c training/ and other accredited training involving childcare and early childhood education, and am trained in Adult and Child First Aid and CPR.
