To Whom It May Concern, This letter is to strongly recommend Tammy Bogi for employment with your family. We have known and employed Tammy for 11 years with our family and business. Unfortunately, due to a downturn in the business, we have recently been forced to let Tammy go. But having known Tammy for over a decade we can say that you would be crazy not to hire her! In bringing anyone into your home to interact with family members, trust is key. In short, we trust Tammy absolutely. In addition to having free reign to come and go from our home over the time we’ve know her, Tammy has watched over our home and pets while we have been on vacation and out of town. There has never been an incident, and we’ve never had a worry that there would be one with Tammy there with our kids and home. We cannot remember Tammy calling off of work over the last 11 years for being sick, etc… If she has, it’s fewer times than we can count on one hand - over 11 years! Being there every day, being on time, being dependable is hugely important to a family running well, and Tammy is always consistent and on time. Tammy has gone over and above for us. From helping out with getting the kids to/from an activity that was not at a routine time, to helping out at work in situations where she was pitching in when another employee backed out at the last minute, Tammy was incredibly helpful, especially times when things were not going according to plan! In short, Tammy has been a wonderful part of our family for over a decade - we are sad to see her go.
