I have been working with children for three years. I have taken many Early Childhood courses learning about the development of children as well as their wants and needs. Will working with children, I have experienced everything in a child's life from infancy to Ages 8. I have learned about child psychology and have been able to use that while working with children also. I have learned to reason with them, talk to them on their level as if they were a person and helped them grown into their own person. I have helped them grow their own self-help skills and independence. I have worked with Children ages 2 months-5 years in an early childhood center. I have also been a nanny for an 8 and 9-year-old as well as a 4-year-old in a nanny setting. While working with them I have really grown in understanding the psychology and understanding them. I have taken many early childhood courses through college on my way to obtain my bachelors in Child Life Specialist.
