Summary: Hi! My name is Alexa and I am available for both nanny and babysitting jobs! I am a recent graduate of Ohio University's Child and Family Studies master's program with a concentration in Child Life, in order to become a Certified Child Life Specialist in the Hospital setting. Additionally, I attended the University of Arizona for undergrad where I received a Bachelors of Science in Family Studies and Human Development. I have a lot of experience working with various ages of children. For example, I have worked as an infant teaching assistant at a preschool for seven months, I have worked as a camp counselor for four summers at a sleep away camp for school-aged children, and I have had experience babysitting for children between the ages of infancy to school aged children. Right now I am available every day and any time! In September I will be completing a practicum at a children's hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. This clinical opportunity will be approximately one to two days a week. When I am not at the hospital I will be available to nanny/babysit still!
