Hello, I would love to care for your little ones! Babies, children, tweens, teens, and I have always gotten along famously. I've been caring for babies and children of all ages since I was 12 ... for a long time on and off for 30 years. Plus I am First Aid and CPR certified; of course, their safety and well-being are most important of all. I am a non-smoking college graduate, and feel that it is important for children to learn new things and to stretch their imaginations. I love to read to children (or they can read to me!), play age appropriate games with them, play outside, teach them various arts and crafts (age appropriate, of course), and sing and dance. Homework and study skills are also specialties of mine, and I will gladly pass them on to your children when the time comes. When I care for children I am very hands on, and like to be fully engaged with them when they are awake, and I check on them often when the are in bed. Social skills, e.g. interacting respectfully with other children and adults, and manners; 'please' and 'thank you' are lovely words that I encourage children to use often. Regarding my availability I am available on varying days, evenings, and nights as needed. Quick and easy meals, snacks, homework help, stories, and fun time are all included.
