Hello, my name is Kristen Devine. I am 21 years old. From the age of 17 to 20 years old I worked at Champions Westlake as a full time coach, I mostly worked with 2yr old, 3yr olds, & 4yr olds but I taught all the way up to 14 years of age & babysat for my Director that just had her baby that's 1.5 months old. In the beginning of last year (mid April) I was hired as a full time live in nanny for three beautiful children. A set of twins, ages 2.5 & a little girl, age 5. Responsibilties included cooking breakfast, getting ready for school, transportation, after school activities, homework, cooking dinner & getting everyone ready for bed. I would also stay the night with the children while the parents were away at work. I have lots of experience in taking care of infants, I started about 6 years ago when I was in high school & that's when I figured out I wanted to work in childcare. I recently just got my certifications for - Developmental stages of children - Age-appropriate actives for children -Supervision & Safety practices in the care of children. I am currently working on getting more certifications. I'm fun, very loving & caring, out going, & very patience. I believe in positive reinforcement when it comes to handling behavioral issues.
