I was a 7th grade math teacher in Aurora CO last year and recently moved to Colorado Springs. After moving I decided to take a break from teaching to start a family. I also taught Math (Grades 6, 7, 8 & 10) in Florida for 2 years. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Mathematics Degree in 2012, and I am certified to teach math 6-12. What makes me a great tutor is my patience and ability to chunk difficult material in easily solvable pieces. With my years of professional experience I am able to provide an abundance of resources for you to use when I am unable to be by your side. My goal is to help you or your child be successful in math and improve study habits! Aside from tutoring I am also interested in a nannying position. I will gladly pick up and drop off the kids anywhere they need to be, watch them while you are busy or away, cook if needed, and I am pet friendly.
