Hi, My name is Kaitlyn. I'm 23 and have grown up with 2 younger brothers (which were very difficult most of the time) whom I watched for many years, starting when I was around 12. I LOVE little kids/babies!! I watched my cousin a lot/shared a room with her when she was 3-4 years old as well. I'm fine around dogs and cats (I actually love them too). I work extremely hard and always to the best of my abilities. Creativity is one of my strong points. I love crafting, visual projects and hands-on kind of learning. I have been around kids my entire life so it just seems natural to me. I am very responsible/dependable. I'd love to get out of my current retail job that I have been at for 2. 5 years, (been in retail since I was 17), and do something that would make me happier.
