Sitter in Jefferson, Georgia

Hello! My name is Emmy Thompson. I am a highschool student in Jefferson, Georgia. I am 16 years old, certified in Life guard training, which includes CPR and first aid. As an only child, I always wanted to be a big sister. I feel this is why I love to babysit! I also have gone through several leadership programs at the Athens Y camps which trained me in leadership skills, compassion and communication, especially with younger kids. I am a part of Key club at my highschool, and I pride myself on my ability to stay honest and respectful. Why did I sign up for sitters? As a teen girl, I need to get experience in the workforce. I don’t have my drivers license yet so I am unable to get a steady job as my mom can’t take me, and I need some extra cash so she doesn’t need to pay for all my junk (lol), and babysitting/petsitting is a great start! SCHEDULE: As I am a high school student, my hours always change depending if I am on a break or if I have school that day- ask if I am free that day and I will gladly let you know!
