Hi!! My name is Katie Cyr. I am currently a full time nanny in Charlotte, North Carolina. I am a Massachusetts native, desperately missing the North and looking to relocate to be closer to family. I am a childcare professional with experience working with children six weeks to 13 years of age! I have worked in public schools as well as a nanny for private families, taking great pride in what I am able to bring to each family individually. I am very passionate about what i do, and love working with kids. I am able to provide experiences in all areas of development, to give your child a well rounded upbringing in cognitive, physical, social and emotional health. I believe it is important to offer experiences as early as possible to children in terms of music, science and the arts. I also strive for and am able to provide easy communication with parents. I believe whole heartedly that it takes a villiage (as they say) and I do what I can to make sure I am an extension of the parents, providing the kind of care I would expect someone to give my kids someday. I love being able to have a career that offers the opportunity to help children and families grow. It is beyond rewarding.
