My name is Tai Leary, I am 18 years old and I have been babysitting/ caregiving for approximately 5 years. I babysat my mother's coworker's daughter for 3 years until they moved, and I performed as an in home nurse for both my mother and great grandmother when they fell ill of cancer. I hope my credentials are trustworthy enough. I assure my responsibilities of caregiving by: • Overseeing the activities of children and provide ongoing care to them • Bathing, dressing and changing diapers for infants • Preparing formulas and bottle-feed infants as instructed • Planning, preparing, and serving hygienic and nutritious meals to children • Cleaning and sanitizing the children’s room and/or house • Taking children to and from school, parks and appointments • Maintaining healthy and clean environment in the home • Organizing and taking part in children activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to amuse and exercise • Observing children behavior and make reports for caregiving, home care or babysitting agency • Keeping record of everyday activities and health information regarding each child • Teaching children in special hygiene and social development • Participating in emotional well-being of children
