Hello! My name is Mikah Umana and I am freshman here at KSU, studying to be a Pediatric nurse. I chose this profession because I enjoy being around kids and love being a caretaker, so what better way than to be a pediatric nurse! I have experience working with different age groups infancy up to pre-teens. For 4 years, I worked with Johns Creek Youth Football Association as a tiny titans cheer coach where I was a role model to k-5 girls on how to work as a team, act and cheer in a respectable manner, and have a positive attitude at all times. I also mentored k-5 classrooms at Wilson Creek Elementary in Johns Creek, GA for a year. My hobbies consist of playing guitar, ukulele, and singing! In addition, I was a youth camp counselor for preteens at my church these past two years. During the summer and school year I like play for local cafes, festivals, or any event I can get my hands on to play music. The Services I can provide are transportation, basic meal cooking, and babysitting. I commute to school from the Sprayberry area, but will work area around Marietta or Kennesaw. I understand my availability is slim, but it will expand during the summertime.
